CFA Institute Investment Foundations® Program

CFA Institute is the premier global association for investment management professionals.  The Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) credential is held by over 150,000 professionals around the world. The charter gives a strong understanding of advanced investment analysis and real-world portfolio management skills.  However, to earn the charter, one needs to pass all 3 levels of CFA Program Examination and have at least 48 months of professional work experience in investment decision making.

For people who are not ready for the CFA Program, there is another program designed for anyone who wants to enter or advance within the investment management industry, including IT, operations, accounting, administration, and marketing.   The CFA Institute Investment Foundations Program covers the essentials of finance, ethics, and investment roles, providing a clear understanding of the global investment industry.  Candidates who successfully pass the online exam earn the CFA Institute Investment Foundations Certificate, demonstrating a mastery of core foundational principals of the investment profession.  And the most attractive point of this program is that it is a free program!
